Paitong isn't fancy, nor is it a dump. It's a little old, but problemo there. The pad thai was decent. Curry was good, according to my coworker who ordered it. The lady was very nice and service was good.

I loved eating here! The food was delicious and atmosphere just like a restaurant in Thailand. Definitely recommending it to my friends! The owner said they've been there for 10 years, and I saw that they received and award last year from the city for being a business with grit! I'll be going back for sure!

The place was empty when I cane for dinner. I had a delicious stir fry with chicken. When I arrived there was no music playing and the lady there was yelling about something. When the food arrived I asked for siracha and the young girl pointed where I could go to get it, even tho she was walking by it and no one else was there in the restaurant which I thought seemed rude. My food was good tho and I would probably come back.

The food would have been decent if It wasn't coated in jalapeños. Too spicy to even eat it! Very skimpy on the meat too- mostly broth and potatoes.

I thought I had already had the worst thai food in Portland.  Nope.  It Just got it delivered.  Bland pad thai.  No flavor. The lime doesn't help. Plus they didn't make it correct.  The chicken is weird. Chopped vs the thinly sliced I get in 99% of pad thai. My pad thai was uber hot while my crab puffs were ice cold. Crab puffs also horrible flavor.  Literally just imitation crab and cream cheese.  No effort and over stuffed. Do not recommend this place.

Also their egg in the pad thai was burnt. Nasty.  Made the whole dish even worse.... what a horrible experience. Tried feeding the burnt egg to my dog... he's not interested.
